We are a group of believers fulfilling Christ's “Great Command” with a simple vision of J.O.Y. directed inward and outward to those around us.
J - Focussing on Jesus inwardly to promote His message of Salvation outwardly to those who will give an eye or ear to the Gospel message.
O - Everything we do is about “others,” reaching them with the Gospel and training them to fulfill God’s design for their life with a simple philosophy of disciples making disciples.
Y—Independent people and churches support us in taking God's message to those who would accept it. We do this on your behalf, being the arm of our supporters and keeping them informed about God's progress through our ministry.

JOY15 Ministries
JOY15 is founded on the guiding principles outlined in John 15. We abide in Christ to “bear much fruit” by reaching out to everyone we encounter with the Gospel. Our primary ministry is to reach the Deaf of Botswana with the Gospel, but as we often say, “We start Deaf churches with hearing ministries.” Please contact us to learn more about JOY15 and how you can assist us in reaching the Deaf and hearing people of Botswana.
J.O.Y. Missions Ethiopia
In Ethiopia, we have partnered with Ebenezer Baptist Church for the Deaf, a ministry that has existed for over thirty years. With our partnership, we can assist them in their church with teaching and training and a yearly Deaf conference. Together, we have planted a brand new church, the Church@Vicktory, on the grounds of VICKtory School for the Deaf.
VICKtory School for the Deaf
In Ethiopia, we partner with VICKtory School for the Deaf. The name “VICKtory” is for the foundational missionaries Richard and Joyce Vick, who served the Deaf community in Addis Ababa for many years. We currently have a little over eighty students of all ages. Our goal is to give a solid education from beginner to grade eight. We do this with the Gospel in mind. We aim to reach these students and their families with the Gospel of Jesus Christ by showing that we care. Through this school, we also have our VICKtory C.A.R.E. ministry. Adventure by Faith
Please take a moment and visit our shop. We are using this to fund our mission to Botswana. All funds generated will further the Gospel advance and offset travel and ministry expenses. We have many arms reaching into many places we can not show and some that need to remain private due to Government regulations and security for those who work with us. Please take a moment and browse through our selections, and know you are not just purchasing something; you are investing in the lives of these precious people.
