In the heart of Gaborone, Botswana — a place of struggle, pain, and unanswered questions — a light is rising. A place of hope. A refuge. A transforming encounter with Jesus Christ. This is the JOY Life Center.
Many are walking through their darkest moments — battling addiction, facing hopeless situations, and crying out for meaning and purpose. But there is someone who sees them, loves them, and calls them by name.
The JOY Life Center is more than a building.
It’s a beacon of light — a destination point for those who feel forgotten, pushed aside, or overwhelmed by life’s battles. Here, Christ’s hope meets the hurting in a tangible, life-transforming way.
Many of our own team have walked through addiction and despair. We know what it feels like to fall — and by God’s grace, we know what it means to be lifted up. Without Jesus, we would still be captive. But through Him, we are free.
What We Do
At the JOY Life Center:

✔ We guide them through repentance, recovery, and life in Christ
✔ We connect them to ministry support and spiritual family
